Sheet Pan Buffalo Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower florets

Avocado oil spray

Almond flour

Dry rub seasoning (paprika, garlic, onion powder, chili)


For the sauce:

Primal Kitchen Foods Buffalo Sauce

Olive oil

Dijon mustard


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425. Arrange florets on parchment paper lined sheet pan. Spray generously with avocado oil spray. Sprinkle with almond flour and dry rub seasoning. Roast for 15-20 mins depending on how crispy you like it. While that’s cooking, make the sauce. Combine and serve with dressing of choice.
